Shipping policy

All "Ready to Ship" (RTS) products will ship 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS if order is placed by 3:00pm CST. 

Please allow 1-7 business days for custom orders to ship. 

If you order both "Ready to Ship" (RTS) and custom order items at the same time, your order will ship when the custom order is ready to ship. If you want to order both custom orders and RTS orders but would like the RTS to be shipped ahead of preorders, place TWO separate orders.

If your order is returned to Heather and Annie Art for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Heather and Annie Art, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will not be refunded.

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Keller, Texas.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our pickup hours are 9-6PM on Tuesday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come
